    Passive abilities:
    • Can see into non-visual spectra - would make xem pretty darn good at finding xir way
    • Can see glimpses of multiple routes of how the future may go. However, doesn't actually know what will happen and can never know for certain, so the glimpses aren't particularly reliable. But they're certainly useful for contingency planning

    Active abilities:
    • Weapon summon: Energy chakrams
    • Special: If there are enough clouds around, xe can accumulate and alter them to create a strong pool of electric energy that xe can discharge towards a target once per day (it is very physically draining). Too few clouds won't allow for the build-up of energy, and if xe's tired, then too bad. If there are too few clouds, then perhaps they could just be used as a water source instead
    • Generic: Can shoot little blue-green magic sparkle orb blast things (the specific word for them evades me), but they're effectively useless and are merely the equivalent of playfully flicking your friend. Could potentially be used to distract something
    • Generic: Can emit light around xir body ranging from dim levels to a short burst of blinding light
